Compensation: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour

🔧 About the Role:

A&T Human Resources is currently hiring a dedicated and experienced Table Saw Operator for a well-established furniture manufacturing company. This role is ideal for individuals with strong woodworking skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. You will play a key role in supporting production schedules and creating high-quality furniture components.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate table saws to cut lumber, panels, veneers, and composite materials
• Read and interpret shop drawings, specifications, and work orders
• Measure, mark, and verify materials for accuracy and consistency
• Adjust blade height, angle, and fence settings as required
• Inspect finished cuts for quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy
• Maintain production flow and meet daily output targets
• Follow all safety procedures and Ontario OHSA regulations
• Use required PPE at all times
• Perform routine equipment checks, maintenance, and blade changes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Support other production tasks as needed

✅ Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5 years of table saw experience in woodworking or furniture manufacturing preferred
• Strong knowledge of woodworking materials, grain orientation, and cutting techniques
• Ability to read shop drawings and cut lists accurately
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
