About the Role:

A&T Human Resources is actively seeking skilled and experienced Press Operators for one of our valued manufacturing clients located in Newmarket, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical knowledge and press machine experience who are looking to grow within a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently set up dies and prepare machines for production runs
• Operate press machines with accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitor equipment for proper functioning and adjust press controls as needed
• Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure product consistency
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace following company safety standards
• Complete daily production reports and communicate any issues to the supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating press machines in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in setting up dies independently
• Familiar with press control systems and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to quality production
