Location: Office at Markham/Milner, Scarborough
Requirements:
Punctuality: Consistent and timely attendance
Physical Capability: Able to lift 50 lbs
Eagerness to Learn: Willing to learn and a motivated self-starter
Transportation: Own a vehicle
Driving License: Clean and valid driver’s license, comfortable driving a van
Travel: Willing to drive long distances (e.g., to Ottawa)
Technical/Mechanical Understanding: Basic knowledge, training provided (plumbing experience is a plus)
Tool Usage: Proficient with basic hand and power tools
Adaptability: Comfortable working in various settings (office, warehouse, public places like grocery stores, restaurants, and events)
Attention to Detail: Basic reading and writing skills
Site Visits: Available for job site visits
Tech Savvy: Capable of opening mobile work orders on phone/site computer, logging in and out, and documenting the nature of work performed
Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Compensation:
Starting pay is $23/hr
$2.00 pay increase after 6 months, provided there are no issues
