Pay Rate Range: Minimum Wage to $20/hr

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 am to 8:00 am (Night Shift)

Job Description:

A&T is looking for a skilled and highly motivated Supervisor (Bag Machine) for urgent hire. As a Bag Machine Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in setting up machines, managing staff, ensuring quality production, and maintaining a smooth workflow during the night shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up Bag machines.
• Run orders according to the production schedule.
• Perform quality checks.
• Manage staff and schedules.
• Record and track productions.
• Fill out all the necessary forms.
• Conduct inventory.
• Assist staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Operate machines if required.

Qualifications:

• English – Verbal & Written
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical and management experience would be an asset.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
