Working with your team has been an incredibly rewarding experience, allowing me to develop new skills, gain industry insights, and grow both professionally and personally.
Throughout my co-op placement, I had the opportunity to learn about the hiring process, explore various marketing techniques, and strengthen my interpersonal and communication skills. Engaging with applicants and handling professional correspondence, such as writing emails, has helped me build confidence and refine my abilities.
From my very first day, I was warmly welcomed by the team, which made the transition into a professional work environment much smoother. Initially, I was nervous, as this was my first real-world work experience. However, the kindness and support of everyone at A&T Human Resources quickly reassured me that I was part of a fantastic team.
I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to my supervisor, Arjun, for his invaluable guidance and constructive feedback. Your support has helped me grow, and I will carry the lessons I’ve learned into my future career. A special thank you to Sam for being an inspiring mentor, always eager to share his knowledge and introduce me to key HR concepts.
