As a Bag Machine Supervisor, you'll play a key role in setting up machines, managing staff, ensuring quality production, and maintaining a smooth workflow during the night shift. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up Bag machines.
- Run orders according to the production schedule.
- Perform quality checks.
- Manage staff and schedules.
- Record and track productions.
- Fill out all the necessary forms.
- Conduct inventory.
- Assist staff as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Operate machines if required.
- English – Verbal & Written
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanical and management experience would be an asset.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with drawings, recording modifications, using hand and power tools, and maintaining a clean and organized shop.
Key Responsibilities:
·        Conduct inspections on manufactured components to ensure they align with the provided drawings.
·        Document any modifications made during assembly on component drawings for precise replication.
·        Employ both manual and powered tools for assembly tasks.
·        Construct pneumatic systems in accordance with client specifications.
·        Maintain a well-organized and clean work area to reduce the risk of accidents.
·        Adhere to established health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
·        Strong mechanical aptitude.
·        Pneumatic and electrical experience is an asset.
·        Ability to read and work on assembly drawings.
·        Proficient with hand tools and hardware fastening.
·        Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
·        A valid driver’s license is necessary.
