Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a CNC Service Technician located in Scarborough, ON. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as setup, maintenance, and repair of CNC machinery, troubleshooting, field service, and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Maintenance and repair skills for CNC machinery
  • Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Field service experience to provide on-site customer support
  • Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong technical background in CNC machinery is preferred

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Set up and repair CNC machines promptly to minimize downtime.
    • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
    • Make precise measurements to ensure accurate machining processes.
    • Program and operate CNC machines proficiently.
    • Use CAD/CAM software for effective machining.
    • Select the best tools and techniques for specific materials.
    • Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
    • Provide exceptional service to exceed customer expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 8 years of experience as a CNC Technician.
    • Fluent in English; Tamil fluency is a plus but not required.
    • Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
    • Diploma or certificate in machine tool technology.
    • Strong math and computer skills.
    • Experience with manual labor.
    • Teamwork and communication skills.
